Kallista film guarantees the replacement of goods having a defect from the manufacturer. Replacement of goods is carried out only after its return by the buyer to the manufacturer within 30 working days. Payment for returned goods is made by the buyer. If there is a defect due to the fault of the manufacturer, at the request of the buyer 100% of the value of the goods is returned. The money is refunded only after returning the goods with the defect. If the goods are lost or damaged during the delivery, if there are supporting documents (from mail or a photo of the damage), Kallista Film will send the order again at its own expense. If it is impossible to determine the location of the parcel, Kallista Film sends the order again at its own expense.
